"Clogs less than what I had before"
I’ve been happy with it so far, unless I’m just convincing myself it’s better because my old setup was such a pain. It still clogs once in a while when the leaves are wet and packed in, but overall it’s been a big improvement. I’m not stopping every few minutes like I used to, which alone makes it feel worth it.

I bought the Cyclone Rake mainly to deal with fall leaves, it’s been a really good purchase so far.
It handles big, thick piles way better than I expected, and I’m not constantly going back over the same spots. Damp leaves take a little more patience, but if I slow down, it still does the job.
Emptying it is straightforward too. It took me a little while to get comfortable with the size, but once I did, it started saving me a ton of time. I’m genuinely happy with it.

"Wish I’d Bought This Sooner"

"Engine’s been good, just a bit loud"
I’ve had my Cyclone Rake for a couple seasons now, and the engine has been solid. I’m usually trying to get the yard done in a hurry, so I appreciate that it starts without much drama, even if it’s been sitting in the shed for a while. I just keep up with the oil and basic maintenance, nothing fancy.
The only reason I’m at 4 stars is because it’s a little loud, and when it’s cold out it might need an extra pull, which is annoying when I’m rushing to get finished. Still, overall it feels strong and hasn’t given me any real trouble

"Easy warranty support"
I had a small issue with one of the parts , so I reached out to Cyclone Rake about the warranty . They got back to me quickly and sent over what I needed without a lot of hassle . It was nice dealing with a company that didn’t turn it into a big runaround .

"Turns better than I expected, honestly"
I wasn’t sure how easy this would be to steer, but it actually turns better than I expected. Tight spots can still be a little tricky, though, maybe that’s just me getting used to it?

I had a question about my order and wasn’t totally sure if calling support was worth it, but I’m glad I did. They sorted everything out quickly, and the person I talked to was really nice. i expected it to be more of a hassle than it was.

I was fully prepared for this to ruin my afternoon, my mood, and possibly my entire week, but it went together way easier than I expected. Everything was packed neatly, the parts were easy to find, and somehow the instructions actually made sense, which felt like a small miracle for yard equipment.
I did spend a little time laying everything out first because I was convinced I’d mess it up, but after that it was super straightforward. No special tools, no begging someone to help, no dramatic breakdown in the driveway. I’m ridiculously happy with how simple it was to get ready to use.

"Worked fine at first, but didn’t last"
It worked okay in the beginning and did what I needed it to do, but after just one season, some of the parts started cracking. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. Also, the constant reminders from the company were a bit much, way too aggressive and kind of annoying after a while.

"Wet leaves didn’t stand a chance"
I grabbed this mostly because the yard was a mess, and somehow the wet leaves were the part I was dreading most. Anyway, the suction is seriously strong, like, I started in one corner and next thing I knew I was chasing random clumps around the walkway just because it was handling them so easily. Impressed, honestly.

"Shipping showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered from cyclonerake.com and figured I’d be waiting a bit, but the whole delivery process was really easy. I got the tracking info quickly, kept an eye on it, and it actually showed up right when they said it would. The box had a couple scuffs on it from shipping, but once I opened it up, everything inside was totally fine. Smooth experience overall, no complaints from me...

"Not as easy as I expected"
The Cyclone Rake does work, so I’ll give it that, but using it has been way more of a hassle than I thought it would be. Getting it hooked up and maneuvering it around takes longer than I expected, and when I’m already tired from yard work, it starts to feel like they designed it and then made all the annoying parts my problem.
Emptying the bag is kind of awkward too, and it’s not as smooth or simple as I hoped. It gets the leaves picked up, but for something that’s supposed to make the job easier, I’m a little disappointed.

"Pretty sure it was worth it"
I’ll be honest, I went back and forth for a while because it’s definitely not cheap. I kept wondering if I was overdoing it just for leaves, but after using it, I think it was the right call. It saved me a ton of time and hassle. Ordering from cyclonerake.com was simple enough, and everything went smoothly. I’m not usually quick to say something is worth the money, but for what this does, I feel like it’s a solid value and I’d probably buy it again.
